Our annual weekend in Canmore with Nana & Papa!! We went to Lake Louise to see the ice sculptures and in Banff, there were snow sculptures! The ice sculpture event wasn't actually started. They get 3 days to make their sculpture, then judging begins. You can go watch them. We were there at the end of the second day, so mostly done and already amazing!! Not finished but the detail was incredible. Both were so neat. Brian and I skiied one day, while Nana and Papa hung out in town with the girls and swam in the hotel. This is a weekend I definitely look forward to!!
I got Kennedy a kids cook book for Christmas and she was ready to dig right in! She made this Chicken parmesan all by herself! and it was stinkin delicious!! She did great. It was lots of steps. And part of making dinner is cleaning up after yourself, so she did the dishes while it cooked and cleaned her mess. I was very proud of her and we all enjoyed her dinner.
