Labour Day Weekend

Even though school had started, we still had the last hurrah of summer!! Camping at Sheerness with Steve/Leanne, Kaylani, Shari, Mark/Devonee.....Jeff came Sunday and Jason/Joanne came Sunday for about an hour ;) 

We had SO MUCH FUN!

 so many people!!

 the hotspot at the lake! Its the best!! Its crazy warm from the pipeline or factory or something like that. There's a pipe underneath and the lake was made to be a cooling pond. But it is safe to swim and boat in!

Brian and Mark and Steve made so much yummy food!! 3 traegers there this weekend!

Ty and Lexi are such buds. They laugh and play and get along great! They were having a blast wrestling and playing on the boat.

 It rained on Sunday, so movie time!

Also, we stayed in Mark and Devonee's trailer with them, and that was the BEST!!!!! ITs heavenly sleeping in a trailer!!!!

lots of surfing too! Kaylani, Steve and Mark all tried for the first time and each did great! Mark looked like he'd been doing it for weeks. Steve and Kaylani picked it up like it was nothing! Leanne was almost there and Shari didn't try because her neck and shoulders were still sore.

• we sang to Steve who turned 50!! 
• We surfed at 8am while it was 7 degrees out....yes, we are crazy!!! The wind was calm (lots of the rest of the weekend was windy) and we are die hards, lol! We are all wrapped in blankets and sweaters while someone is surfing in the background! 
• Steve fell in love with surfing and it was so fun to watch him get excited about that. 
• Staying in a trailer is the best ever.
