I went running on Monday, not very long or far, but I FEEL it today! That is a totally different workout than Insanity (which I finished by the way!) Brian and I made a new workout routine. 3 days stength 3 days cardio. Its a switch up each strengh day as to what muscles are worked, and cardio will be either running or insanity. I'm looking forward to the change (and the fact that today is chest/back so I can rest my legs!)
Yesterday I took the girls swimming. Kennedy is getting so brave in the water. She is loving her swimming lessons and she has greatly improved in the 2 months she's been in the class. I am torn as to when to put her in the next class because we go to Edmonton for 2 months soon, so she'll won't finish in time. I'm trying to use a 50% off coupon at the YMCA for her to do them in Edm. The Y there won't accept our Calgary passes for registered programs. Dumb.
Today is cleaning day!! I have lots to do!
I have 11 pounds left to go till I am at my pre-pregnancy weight. Another 5 is what I'm aiming for. If I keep doing well, I may make my goal of having it all gone by April 1st. I'm hoping!!

Wow, good for you! That is some serious dedication. I don't think I even thought about working out until my boy was a year old.
I ran hills with your crazy sister in laws last night. I am feeling it today too. Nice to have someone to push you a bit harder.
