

Did you know you should laugh 100 times a day?? Well, that might be a little off. Wikipedia says thats the answer. Whatever the number is, we probably don't reach it! With so many worries, stresses, sicknesses (H1N1) and all the other crap in our day, we don't smile and laugh like we should! It's healthy for your brain and your abs! It makes me feel so much better when I laugh off my troubles. I was reading a magazine yesterday and it said if you smile, even a fake smile in your kitchen when no one is watching, it tricks your brain to thinking your happy, and releases endorphins that actually do make you happy! Good enough reason, to try, right? It doesn't hurt or take any work to fake smile! I decided Kennedy should have at least one huge big belly laugh a day. She giggles and laughs all day, but those big laughs are awesome. i tickled her to death and she loved every minute (so did I). so, go on....SMILE & LAUGH!!!!!
