Brian's birthday was spent at the lake, on a GORGEOUS day. Perfect temp and no wind. Kaylani and the boys and Mark and Devonee and the kids all joined us. It was perfect.
the next day I made Brian crab for dinner (and potato salad) and a cheesecake for dessert. The crab and cheesecake were my first time ever and both turned out DELICIOUS!! and the potato salad was one of my best ever. my trick was the sauce- just miracle whip, dijon mustard, regular mustard, relish and worchestire sauce.
And these were sometime that week too...
