Probably like most of you out there, I am so tired of Winter. I am ready for Spring. Today is the first day of Spring! I went to Superstore yesterday, after seeing all the fun Easter stuff my mom had gotten and already has, I really wanted some fun stuff. I threw some bright eggs in my trifle bowl and the brightness makes me happy. I decided Kennedy is now old enough that we can start doing fun things on holidays. I'm planning on dieing eggs with her and of course, the easter bunny will bring her some eggs with goodies. Nana had her practicing yesterday at her house looking for the Easter basket. There were 2- one with a stuffed lamb and one with stuffed chick. Kennedy loved playing hide and seek for them!
On Wednesday, I took Brian on a date and gave him a new wedding band. He lost his about 2 years ago, and It just got replaced. Now he is actually in a career where he can wear one! It was too big, so we'll have to get a new one. It can't be sized- its Titanium. We had a great time until Brian got food poisoining from the Vietnamese REstaurant and threw up all night! Yuck. poor guy. But we did have lots of fun. We went for a walk in the rivervalley and we giggled the entire time! It was quite chilly so we were trying to hog the blanket and then we'd laugh at something about that particular day 4 years ago when Brian proposed to me in the same spot. Romantic, no?? Brian had no idea! It was a good time.
Its Friday.....Date Night!! gotta find a babysitter!

yep, only after. He came home in August, we met in October and 2 weeks later we started dating.
Has it really been 4 years already??
